The start package includes onboarding where we help you get started quickly with the subscription and understand how Trumpet works. We configure the system for you and assist with case management procedures, a policy, and website texts.
The subscription gives you access to our whistleblowing system, Trumpet. The system supports communication with whistleblowers who choose to remain anonymous—whether reporting takes place via our encrypted web form, phone solution, or by letter. All cases are handled through Azure—one of the world’s most secure platforms for operating cloud-based IT systems.
For whistleblowing to take place safely for all parties, handling the case needs to be done outside your organization. With Trumpet, Whitepaper Advisors becomes the link between you and those who blow the whistle. When a case comes in, we manage direct contact, make an assessment, and provide a recommendation for further handling and any investigation. (Investigations are quoted separately.)
